Responsibilities

1. Obtain recruitment permission from Govt. of Nepal, Minisrtry of labour.
2. Advertise the demand in the national news paper to collect the candidates.
3. Conduct interview by the representative of the employer.
4. Obtain passports of the selected candidates with required documents.
5. Stamping of the visa from respective embassy.
6. Obtain immigration clearance from the department of labour.
7. Arrange the ticket and inform to the employer about the flight schedule of candidates.
8. Proper briefing of the workers about the social, political, Legal, cultural and environmental aspects of the host country.
9. Handover the copy of the employment contract to the candidates.
10. Contact employer to solve any problem of employees which may arise during the period of contract.
